She kept in touch with me but was never overbearing or pushy. Jackie is a really nice person and was easy to chat with. Customer service is top-notch at GY! At check-in, l was explained what was included in my maintenance package and what would be done to my vehicle. I received a text so that I could communicate any questions while my vehicle was being serviced. And finally, upon completion, my customer service rep gave a complete explanation of the services provided and discussed the results of all diagnostic tests. My vehicle was even given a courtesy wash.
